高效液相色谱法测定酚麻美敏片的含量

Assay acetaminophen compound caplets tablets by HPLC

目的 :建立测定酚麻美敏片含量的方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法。固定相为ODS -C18柱 ,4 .6mm× 2 50mm ,5μm ;流动相为甲醇 -0 .0 5mol/L磷酸二氢钾 -三乙胺 ( 2 0∶80∶0 .0 2 ,用磷酸调至pH5.5) ;检测波长为 2 1 5nm 结果 :4种成分的方法回收率均在 98%～ 1 0 1 % ,n =3。结论 :该方法简便准确 。

OBJECTIVE:The HPLC method was established to assay acetaminophen compound caplets tablets.METHOD:The HPLC method was developed had the following conditions:column,ODS-C 18 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm);the mobile phase,methanol:0.05mol/L,potassium dihydrogen phosphate:triethylamine(20∶80∶0.02,pH 5.5 adjusted with phosphoric acid);the wavelength of the detector was set at 215nm.RESULTS:The recovery of the four contents was 98%～101%(n=3).CONCLUSION:The method was simple and accurate with satisfactory results.
