摘要
在环境资源问题较严峻的今天,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会尤其要高度重视人与自然关系的和谐,着力推进生态文明建设。生态文明建设法治化就是要把生态文明建设纳入法治的轨道,使生态文明建设民主化、科学化、制度化,用法律规范人们行为的同时对破坏生态文明建设的行为予以法律制裁,强化生态文明建设的法律保护,确保人类社会的可持续发展。
