摘要
本文以并联二效装置为例,把装置的主体分为共热排放段、热排放段、热回收段和共热回收段等四个部分,阐述了并联装置的设计特点,给出了各段闪蒸温降的合理设计方法,分析计算中考虑了各级间沸点升高变化的影响,提出了工艺参数优化的要点。
In concentration and recovery technology, the parallel multi-effect multi-stage flash distillation equipment has appreciable peculiarity in comparison with the series multi-effect multi-stage flash distillation equipment. The design of parallel equipment is also different from the series equipment in many respects. Taking the two-effect equipment as a typical example in this paper, the main part of the equipment is divided into four sections: common heat rejection section, heat rejection section, heat recovery section and common heat recovery section. The speciality in design of this parallel equipment is explained. A reasonable calculation method of flash temperature decrease for each section is given. In analysis and calculation, the influence of boiling point rise is considered and the principal points of the optimization of technological parameters are proposed.
