近年来有关读者权利的研究成绩斐然,却忽视了权利与义务的相互依存关系,忽视了对读者义务的研究。应该双管齐下,在对立统一关系中明确读者义务的内涵。要求在制定和实施读者权利保护内容的同时,配套出台有关读者义务方面的条款。

Although there have been great achievements in the research on readers＇ rights in recent years, scholars ignore the research on the interdependence of rights and duties as well as readers＇ duties. The author proposes to define the meaning of readers＇ duties in the relation between unity and opposites. It claims to draw up and carry out the content about the protection of readers＇ rights, while support the introduction of the content of readers＇ duties.
