摘要
通过水力学模拟和正交实验方法,采用挡墙和挡坝的控流装置,优化二流中间包的流场。采用正交分析方法优化出最佳方案,得出优化后的中间包示踪剂响应时间从17 s提高到48 s,平均停留时间从240 s增加到427 s,中间包死区体积比也从48.0%减少到7.5%。
The appropriate partition walls and partition dams are used to control the fluid flow in the 2-strand billet tundish.And their positions are optimized by means of water modeling and orthogonal tests.After optimization,the reactive time for tracer agent increases from 17 s to 48 s,and the average residence time increases from 240 s to 427 s.Furthermore,the dead volume decreases from 48.0%to 7.5%.
