摘要
本文应用螺旋卷式超滤器对十三碳二元酸(DC_(1:13))发酵产品的精制进行了研究。经各种操作参数试验和产品纯度检验表明,在本试验条件范围内,处理能力(滤出液)不低于2.5 m^2/d,产品纯度大于98%,热带假丝酵母菌去除率100%。经四个月连续运转,膜透过性能变化不明显,同时提出了DC_(1:13)发酵产品后处理的配套工艺。
The purification of DC_(1:13) fermentive products using the spiral wound ultrafilters was studied in this paper. The various parameters for operation have been determined and the experimental results shown that the product purity was more than 98%, candida tropicalis rejection 100% and the recovery percent not less than 95%. The permeat working capacity was 2.5 m^3/d in the experimental conditions. The permeability of the membrane modules was unchanged obviously for long-time observation.
