摘要 基于硫酸介质中钌(Ⅲ)对高碘酸钾氧化灿烂绿(BG)的催化反应,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量钌的新方法。钌在5.0×10^(-10)~1.0×10^(-7)g/mL范围内与催化反应速率有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9941,方法的检出限为1.9×10^(-10)g/mL。大部分常见离子不干扰测定。该体系灵敏度高、稳定性好,直接用于水样中痕量钌的测定,标准加入回收率为97.6%~103.3%,相对标准偏差为2.54%~3.41%。 A new catalytic method has been introduced for the determination of trace amounts of Ru(Ⅲ) based on its catalytic effects on the oxidation of Brilliant green(BG) by potassium periodate in sulfuric acid medium.The linear range of Ru(Ⅲ) was 5.0×10^(-10) to1.0×10^(-7) g/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.994 1.The detection limit is 1.9×10^(-10) g/mL.Most of the common ions were tolerable.This method was sensitive and stable.It has been applied to determine trace rutheium in water samples with the recovery of 97.6%~103.3%,and relative sandard deviation of 2.54%~3.41%.
