摘要
以板翅式换热器的质量为目标函数,采用复合形法对换热器芯体外形尺寸和冷热两侧翅片参数进行优化。计算表明,与传统的设计结果相比,换热器的质量明显减小。建立的优化方法具有通用性,不仅能进行给定翅片结构的优化而且能够在提供多种类型翅片的情况下,进行翅片类型的优选。
The weight of plate-fin heat exchanger could be taken as the object function by using complex method, the dimensions of heat exchanger core body and the parameters of hot and cool both sides of the fins should be optimized.Calculations show that compared with the results with the traditional design,the quality of heat exchanger was significantly reduced.The optimization method is universal,not only to optimize the structure of a given fin but also the optimal type selection of fins can be obtained in the case of many types of fins are given.
