摘要
在前文的基础上,研究了含有添加剂的聚丙烯腈—二甲基亚矾浓溶液的温度对纺丝原液的粘度、非牛顿流动指数、结构粘度指数、剪切弹性模量和最大松弛时间的影响,探讨了它们与原液可纺性的关系;同时研究了原液的温度对PAN膜的超滤性能的影响。确定了原液的可纺性和膜的超滤性能都较好的热力学参数,为纺制适合超滤用的PAN中空纤维膜提供了依据。
Based on the previous paper, the influence of temperature of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-DMSO casting solution containing additives upon its visicosity, the non-newtonian flow index, the constitution viscosity index, shear modulus, maximum time of relaxation and spinnability is studied; The optimal thermodynamical parameters of spinnability of PAN casting solution and ultrafiltration of its membranes are determined by investigation of the effect of temperature of PAN casting solution upon ultrafiltration of its membranes, in order to provide information of production of PAN hollow fibre.
