HPLC法测定多动宁胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Content determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Duodongning Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相法测定多动宁胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil-C18TM钻石(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-水(40∶60);检测波长:345 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.050 3～0.804 8μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.33%,RSD=0.63%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于多动宁胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of Berberine Hydrochlofide in Duodongning Capsules by HPLC. Methods： The Diamonsil-Cls （4.6 mm×250mm,5μm） column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and water （40：60）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 345 nm. Results： The linear ranges of Berberine Hydrochloride was at 0.050 3-0.804 8 μg （r=0.999 8）, the average recovery was 98.33% with a RSD of 0.63% （n=9）. Conclusion： The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of Berberine Hydrochloride in Duodongning Capsules.
