摘要
选择一些有机添加剂作为研究对象,对聚矾-二甲基乙酰胺二元溶液进行了浊点滴定;对一定组成的铸膜液体系进行了流变性研究;并提出了聚矾铸膜液体系有机添加剂的作用机理。通过电镜与纯水透量测定相结合,分析了膜的表面孔结构,并利用所提出的添加剂作用模型较好地解释了有机添加剂对膜结构与性能影响的实验结果。
Polysulfone (PS)—DMAC binary solutions were titrated with some organic additives selected as objects of studies. The titres (in cloud point) of every additives can be gotten. The supermolecula structure of PS membrane casting solutions was determined by measuring their rheological behavior. According to the experimental results, We put forward the mechanism of organic additives effection on PS membrane casting solutions. The porous structure in the resulting membrane surface region was investigated by electron microscope and pure water flux. The model we suggested may give a better explanation to the result of additive affecting ot the membrane structure and performance.
