科研素质和创新能力的培养是药学专业学生培养的重要目标之一,在培养过程中要更新实验内容、完善科研奖励机制、加强专题实习、设立学生科研基金、鼓励学生勤工俭学参与科研实验、开展博士论坛和学术讲座,为学生科研素质和创新能力培养奠定了基础。

To cultivate the students and enable them to do research and have innovation is one of the main goals in pharmacy edueation during their bachelor degree. A few methods can be applied into this training process： update the experimental contents in time, optimize the awarding system, strengthen the internship phase, set up some research funds, ask the students to do experiments in person, and invite some famous scientists to give talks. All these mentioned above can help students to build up a solid foundation for their future study and research work.
