颜色和纹理特征在特定医学图像检索系统中的应用

The Application of Color and Texture Features in Medical Image Retrieval

医学图像检索中对特定的医学图像进行检索一直处于研究的热点。该文针对胃窥镜图像进行研究,采取了基于颜色直方图和纹理谱的方法进行检索。颜色直方图通过颜色空间的选择、转换和量化实现,纹理特征采用纹理谱方法实现。由实验结果可得,基于颜色直方图的检索效果比基于纹理谱的检索效果来的好。

Medical image retrieval for certain medical images is always during hot research.In our paper,we focus on endoscopic images retrieval with the method of color histogram and texture spectrum.Color histogram is complemented by the selection,conversion and quantization of color space,texture feature extraction is achieved by the texture spectrum.Experimental results show that the retrieval result of color histogram outperforms the result of texture spectrum.
