社区不同种类恶性肿瘤康复期病人心理健康状况研究

The mental health state of community patients with different malignant tumors during the rehabilitation period

目的探讨社区恶性肿瘤康复期病人的心理健康水平及不同种类恶性肿瘤病人之间的差异。方法采用症状自评量表对107例癌症康复期病人进行调查,并比较不同种类癌症病人心理健康水平的差异。结果癌症病人症状自评量表9项因子分均明显高于国内常模(P<0.01)。乳腺癌病人的躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性等因子得分低;肺癌病人人际关系敏感因子得分高,淋巴瘤病人其余因子分均较高。结论应针对社区不同种类的癌症康复期病人做好心理健康教育。

Objective To investigate the mental health levels of community patients with cancer during the rehabilitation period and explore the differences among them. Methods A total of 107 cases of carcinoma patients during the rehabilitation period were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90） and the mental health levels of patients with different carcinomas were compared. Results The factor scores of SCL - 90 were significantly higher than domestic norms （P 〈 0.01 ）. Patients with breast cancer got lower scores in the factors of somatization,interpersonal relationship sensitivity depression, hostility, phobia, paranoia and psychotic symptoms. Patients with lung cancer got higher score in interpersonal relationship sensitivity, and patients with lymphomas obtained higher scores in other factors. Conclusion Mental health education should he specific for different types cancer patients during the rehabilitation period.
