Implementation and effects of an admittance system for clinical nursing teachers

摘要 目的建立临床护理教师资质准入的实施方案。方法制定临床教师资质条件,拟定具体实施步骤及流程,建立师资信息库并进行动态管理。结果 81.00%的科室得到实习生的提名表扬,护生对授课总体满意度达到97.00%,对教学工作评价给予100分,医院护理教学水平显著提升。结论医院临床护理教师资质准入的实施为医院护理教学管理提供了有效途径。 Objective To establish an admittance qualification system for clinical nursing teachers. Methods The qualification of clinical teachers and specific implementing steps and process were formulated. A database for teachers' information was established and dynamically managed. Results Totally, 81.00% of the departments were praised by nursing students. The rate of students" satisfaction with overall teaching was 97.00%. The score of teaching work evaluation was 100. The level of nursing teaching was significantly improved. Conclusion The implementation of this admittance qualification system for clinical nursing teachers can provide an effective approach for nursing teaching management at hospital.
