门诊实习护生采血护理带教模式的改进与效果

Implementation and effect of the improved teaching pattern for nursing students in outpatient blood-collecting practice

目的探讨实施"一卡通"系统就诊后,采血护理带教的新方法。方法对带教老师进行培训,改革教学时间、内容和教学方法,并通过考试及满意度调查评价教学效果。结果护生出科考试成绩优秀率和对流程演练、技能实践的带教满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论带教模式的改进有利于实习护生专业知识与技能的掌握与提高。

Objective To explore the new teaching pattern of blood - collecting practice for nursing students after the implementation of the ＂all - powered card＂ system. Methods The new pattern included training teachers, modifying the teaching time, contents and methods. The effect of teaching was evaluated by test and satisfaction investigation. Results The excellent rate of students＇examination and the satisfaction of process drilling,technical ability practice and teach-ing were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The improvement of teaching pattern is beneficial for nursing students to grasp the professional knowl- edge and strengthen the nursing skills.
