改良森田疗法在慢性精神分裂症病人中的应用研究

Effects of modified Morita therapy in patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨改良森田疗法对住院慢性精神分裂症病人自我效能及精神症状的影响。方法将64例慢性精神分裂症病人随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组在药物治疗的同时给予6周的改良森田治疗,于治疗前后分别用阳性阴性症状量表及一般自我效能感量表进行疗效评定。结果观察组治疗后阳性症状、阴性症状都有改善(P<0.01);自我效能感提高,同对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良森田疗法能有效提高慢性精神分裂症病人自我效能感,改善其精神症状,促进其社会康复。

Objective To evaluate the effects of modified Morita therapy on self - efficacy and psychotic symptoms in inpatients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods A total of 64 patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into the intervention group and the control group randomly. Drug treatment was provided for both groups. Inaddition the patients in the intervention group were treated by 6 - week modified Morita therapy. Before and after the treatment, effects were as- sessed respectively with The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and General Self - Efficacy Scale （GSES）. Results After the treatment,the total scores of PANSS, PANSS - P （positive symptom） and PANSS - N （ negative symptom） of the intervention group were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. And the score of GSES of Morita group was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Modified Morita therapy has obvious effect on improving psychotic symptoms, enhancing self - efficacy and promoting social rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia.
