摘要
目的:研究氦氖激光的抗肿瘤效应。方法:用低能量氦氖激光照射荷B16黑色素瘤小鼠脾区,每日1次,45分钟,连续7天为1疗程。第27天,对不同疗程的激光照射组和对照组荷瘤小鼠作组织学观察,并对抑瘤情况进行研究。结果:不同疗程的激光照射组小鼠腹腔肿瘤结节明显较对照组缩小,并与疗程呈正相关。1,2,3疗程激光照射组的抑瘤率分别为23.56%,35.21%,52.76%。结论:低能量氦氖激光照射脾区具有抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To study antitumor effect of
helium-neon laser on tumor-bearing mice. Methods: Low-energy helium-neno laser irradiated
spleen region of the BALB/C mice with B16 melanoma cells,once a day,45 minutes.On the 27th
day,the mice in radiotherapy group and control group were observed histologically at different
course of treatment,and the tumor inhibition by laser was studied. Results:Abdominal tumor
nodes of the mice were more apparently reduced by laser radiation than those in the control
group at different course of treatment.The tumor-inhibition rate at the 1st,2nd,3rd course of
treatment was 23.23%,35.21%,52.76% respectively. Conclusion: Low-energy helium-neon laser
has antitumor effect.
