中药湿敷对糖尿病足部难愈性溃疡黄期的治疗效果分析

Curative effect of wet compressing of Chinese medicinal on refractory ulcer of diabetic foot in yellow stage

目的评价益气活血解毒中药湿敷对糖尿病足部难愈性溃疡黄期的临床疗效。方法将糖尿病足部溃疡患者按1:1随机分为中药治疗组(治疗组)和传统创面处理组(对照组),观察创面由黄期进展至红期的时间和患足局部中医证候积分。结果治疗组和对照组均可明显改善大部分临床症状与体征,在降低患足温度、减少分泌物和改善肉芽组织颜色方面,治疗组优于对照组。治疗组可以缩短溃疡黄期进展至红期的时间。结论益气活血解毒法湿敷创面较单纯外科传统清创具有更好的减轻局部感染和生肌的作用,能有效治疗糖尿病足坏疽。

Objective To review the curative effect of wet compressing of Chinese medicinal,with the actions of supplementing qi,activating blood circulation and detoxify,on refractory ulcer of diabetic foot in yellow stage.Method The patients with refractory ulcer of diabetic foot were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with Chinese medicinal and control group treated with traditional ulcer management.The duration of ulcer development from yellow stage to red stage and TCM symptom integrals of diseased foot were observed.Result The most of symptoms and signs were relieved in two groups.In the aspects of diseased foot temperature,secretion and granulation colour,the treatment group had better curative effect than control group.The duration of ulcer development from yellow stage to red stage was shortened in the treatment group.Conclusion The wet compressing of Chinese medicinal,with the actions of supplementing qi,activating blood circulation and detoxify,had better effects of relieving local infection and regeneration,which can treat effectively diabetic foot gangrene.
