解放军总医院贯彻落实《献血法》，采取综合措施，积极开展科学、安全、节约用血工作，缓解了临床用血供需矛盾，预防血源性传播疾病的发生，保证了伤病员的合理、安全用血。主要做法是：领导重视，建立临床用血管理组织；加大《献血法》的宣传力度，积极开展成分输血，倡导自体输血；制定《临床用血管理规定》、《临床用血技术常规》等规章制度；严格掌握输血指征，严格用血审批手续，积极做好临床用血的开源节流工作；强化行政监督，将科学、节约用血工作纳入科室综合考核指标，确保节约用血工作的落实。

Strict control of indications for blood transfusion.There are strict examination and approval procedures for the use of blood and attention is paid to opening up the source and reducing the flow. Strengthening of administrative supervision.The scientific and economical use of blood is taken as part of the comprehensive assessment index for the departments so as to ensure its implementation.
