摘要
用消抗汤治疗抗精子抗体阳性８０例，转阴 ６５例，滴度下降８例，无效 ７例，治愈率８１．３％，总有效率９１．３％。与对照组比较有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示消抗汤具有清热利湿、活血祛淤、补肾益气功效；有消除感染和炎症、提高机体免疫力、消除抗体的作用。
There 80 cases in positive antispermbody have been treated with 'Xiao Kong' decoction. The result showed that the cases turned into negative were 56, the re- duced titer 8 and ineffective 7. The cured rate was 81.3% and the total effective rates 91. 3%. The difference is statistically significant between the two groups (P<0. 01). It is sug- gested that this decoction has an effect of e- liminating inflammation, improving immune abilities and dispelling antibody.
