某市10家汽车4S店职业有害物质监测结果评价

Monitoring Results of Occupational Hazardous Substances and Related Occupational Health Survey in Automobile 4S Shops

目的掌握某市汽车4S店存在的职业病危害因素种类、浓度(强度)及其防护措施。方法采用随机抽样方法,对汽车4S店存在职业病危害因素进行监测,调查相关职业卫生内容调查。结果职业病危害项目申报率为33%;接触职业病危害因素劳动者职业健康检查率为70%;职业病防护用品配置齐全率为50%;打磨、焊接岗位分开设置仅为10%;焊接岗位局部通风为30%;除5个噪声点测试结果超标外,其他岗位监测点职业病危害因素监测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论汽车4S店是新兴行业之一,其职业病危害情况不容忽视,应加强职业卫生管理工作,强化企业职业病防治主体意识,有关部门严把准入关,切实保护劳动者健康。

Objective To explore the categories and concentrations of occupational hazard factors and protective measures on occupational hazards in 10 automobile 4S shops.Methods Random sampling method was carried out to detect the levels of dust,toxic substances,noise and arc welding in 4S shop.Results For 4S shops,declaration rate was 33% for existing occupational hazards project,the rate was 70% for occupational health inspection of workers exposed to occupational hazards,the rate was 50% for complete configuration of occupational protective equipments,the rate was 10% for polishing and welding separation,the rate was 30% for local ventilation of welding separation.Except for five monitoring points for noise exceeded national standards,other occupational hazards met the requirements of occupational standards.Conclusion The occupational hazards cannot be ignored in automobile 4S shops.Occupational health management should be improved,subjective consciousness of prevention and treatment for occupational disease also should be strengthened in enterprise.The related departments strictly hold admission to effectively protect workers＇ the health.
