苏州高新区某电镀企业职业危害的防治效果研究

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards for Electroplating Enterprise in Suzhou New High-Tech District

目的分析某电镀企业2003-2009年职业病危害因素监测合格率、健康监护受检率以及异常率,研究该企业职业危害防治效果。方法采用SAS 9.13统计软件对该企业2003-2009年的职业病危害因素监测结果及健康监护结果进行Cochran-Amitage趋势检验,并结合企业所采取的职业危害控制措施研究控制效果。结果该企业2003-2009年职业病危害因素监测415个点,合格率为90%;健康监护人数2 718人,受检率69.2%,异常率7.7%。Cochran-Amitage趋势检验结果显示:职业病危害因素监测合格率呈逐年上升趋势;健康监护受检率呈逐年上升趋势;异常率呈逐年下降趋势。结论该电镀企业职业病危害因素监测合格率和健康监护率都高于国内同类企业,异常率低于其他企业,说明该电镀企业的职业危害防治效果是有效的,但要进一步加强职业健康监护,提高受检率。

Objective To analyze control effect of occupational hazards for the electroplating enterprise based on qualified rate of occupational hazard factors,medical examination rate and abnormal rate from 2003 to 2009.Methods SAS 9.13 statistical software and Cochran-Amitage trend test were used to analyze the influence of the occupational hazards and the monitoring of health conditions.The control effect of control measurements on the factors of occupational hazard by the enterprise was considered.Results A total of 415 monitoring sites was detected from 2003 to 2009,of which the qualified rate was 90%;2 178 workers were examined for health and medical examination rate was 69.2%,and abnormal rate in health monitoring was 7.7%.Cochran-Amitage trend test showed that the qualified rate against the occupational hazards was significantly increased,and health care examination rate increased each year,while abnormal rate of health monitoring was reduced.Conclusion Qualified rates of occupational hazards control and the health surveillance in the electroplating enterprise are higher than those of the others.In addition,the abnormality rate in health monitoring was lower than that of the others, indicating that the controlling approaches are effective against the occupational hazards in the electroplating enterprise,but the company should strengthen occupational health care.
