摘要
目的建立准确、快速测定环境水体中氨氮含量方法。方法水样经0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤后,以20 mmol/L甲烷磺酸溶液为流动相,流速1 ml/min,用保留时间定性峰面积定量。结果该法回收率在96.0%~105.0%之间,RSD3.4%,最低检出浓度为2.0μg/L,线性范围0.05~2.0 mg/L,r=0.999 9。结论该法测定氨氮含量操作简便、快速、选择性好,检出限可以满足环境水质分析的要求,可消除比色法的多种干扰,适用于实验室环境水质分析的日常检测工作需要。
Objective To establish an accurate,rapid method for determination of ammonia nitrogen in environmental water.Methods Water samples were filtered through 0.22 μm filter membrane with 20 mmol / L methanesulfonic acid solution as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 ml/min.The content was qualitatively determined by retention time and quantitatively determined by peak-height.Results The rates of recovery were 96.0%-105.0%,the relative standard deviation was 3.4%.The lowest detectable concentration was 2.0 μg / L, the linear range was 0.05-2.0 mg / L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.Conclusion The method is simple,fast,good selectivity.Detection limit of water quality analysis meets environmental requirements,it can eliminate the various interferences and suitable for water quality analysis for the routine monitoring.
