中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉周围炎观察

Observation on Retinal Periphlebitis Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

将５２例（９８只眼）患者用自拟降火地黄汤合西药治疗作为治疗组；３２例（６０只眼）患者单用西药治疗作为对照组。结果治疗组总有效率为１００％，对照组为７３％，两组疗效比较（Ｐ＜０．０１），有非常显著性差异。提示中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉周围炎可获得显著的临床效果。

There 52 cases (98 eyes )of retinal periphlebitis have been treated wit Self-Rehmannia De- cociton for Removing-Fire and western drugs as treat- ed group, and 32 cases (60 eyes ) with western drugs only as contrast. The result showed the total effect rate in the treated is 100% and the contrast 73%. The difference is statistically significant between the two groups. It is suggested that the method combined Tra- ditional Chinese Medicine with western medicine should be applied to treat this disease.
