摘要
教师教育课程设计必须要思考三个问题,即哪些素质构成了合格教师的基本素质、教师教育课程能够给予那些未来的教师提供什么、现实生活中的教师缺失什么。合格教师的素质构成为确定教师教育的课程内容与结构提供依据;能够直接或间接给予的对象为确定教师教育课程的类型与实施方式提供依据,而实现生活中的教师之缺失则为明确教师教育课程设计应加强哪些方面内容的教育提供基础。
Teacher education curriculum design must consider three issues, namely, what constitutes the basic quality of qualified teachers, what teacher education curriculum can provide to those future teachers, and what the teachers in real life are lacking in. The quality composition of qualified teachers provides evidences for determining the curriculum contents and structure of teacher education. The objects which could be given directly or indirectly can provide basis for determining the type and implementation method of teacher education curriculum. The lack of teachers in real life can provide a foundation for the education contents to be strenghthened in teacher education curriculum design.
