摘要
目的观察药物联合治疗胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法收集本院自2005年8月～2007年5月患有胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡共245例,其中包括慢性胃炎116例,十二指肠球部溃疡90例,复合性溃疡21例,胃溃疡18例。分别观察上腹疼痛、饱胀、恶心、反酸、嗳气发生率。按照不同的病种选用铋剂、促胃肠动力药物、H2RA或PPI+阿莫西林、抗酸剂、甲硝唑4周,同时根据临床症状的改善程度进行疗效分析。结果药物联合治疗后慢性胃炎的改善率为86.21%,十二指肠球部溃疡87.78%,复合性溃疡19.05%,胃溃疡改善率为50.00%。结论药物联合治疗胃炎及胃十二指肠缓解、改善上消化道症状疗效显著。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined medication on gastritis and gastroduodenum diseases. Methods We collected 245 cases of gastritis and gastroduodenum discases in our hospital from Aug. 2005 to May 2007 including 116 cases of chronic gastritis,90 of duodenal ulcer and 21 of compound ulcer and 18 of gastric ulcer. We observed the incidence rates of epigastric pain,fullness,nausea,acid regurgitation and belching. According to different diseases,we selected and used bismuth,gastrointestinal motility drugs,H2RA or PPI plus amoxicillin,antacids and metronidazole for 4 weeks,and at the same time,made an efficacy analysis according to the improvement degree of clinical symptoms. Results The improvement rates of chronic gastritis,duodenal ulcer,compound ulcer and gastric ulcer were 86.21% , 87.78% ,19.05% and 50.00%,respectively by using the combination drug therapy. Conclusion The combination drug therapy can relieve and improve upper gastrointestinal symptoms of gastritis and gastroduodenum diseases,with its remarkable therapy effect.
