"Responsibility Bearing Education" as the Cultivation of Excellent Teachers and Future Educators——Taking Shaanxi Normal University as an Example

国家从2007年秋季开始在6所教育部直属师范大学实行师范生免费教育政策,陕西师范大学全方位统筹规划,精心设计配套政策,对免费师范生着力实施"担当的教育",构建通识教育、专业教育、创新教育体系,为国家特别是西部地区培养基础教育优秀教师,为造就未来教育家奠定坚实基础。

The Chinese Ministry of Education began implementing the policy of educating normal university students with free tuition in the six normal universities under the direct leadership of Chinese Ministry of Education. Shaanxi Normal University has taken overal planning and designed relative policies to bear the responsibility for cultivation of tuition-free univeristy students, set up comprehensive knowledge education, speciality education and innovative education system. All these have laid a solid foundation for culitivation of excellent teachers for our state, especially for the western regions of our country and for the production of future educators.
