摘要
英国为初任教师提供支持的研究由来已久,目前已经建立了一套完善的初任教师支持体系,为教师的顺利入职和专业成长提供了高效的保障。主要表现为:系统的新教师入职培训计划,个性化的支持方案,多样化的支持机构,以及强有力的质量保证体系。探究英国初任教师支持体系建设的历程与发展,对于促进我国初任教师成长与专业化有着重要的借鉴意义。
It has a long time in Britain to research the supporting system for beginning teachers and a perfect supporting system for beginning teachers has been set up so far, which has provided efficient guarantee for teacher's induction and professional development. This includes the induction training programms for newly qualified teachers, supporting programs with individuality, supporting organizations with variety, and firm quality assurance system. Researching the supporting system for beginning teachers in Britain is of vital significance to our country' s beginning teacher' s development and specialization.
