湖南农村小学教师教育技术能力现状调查分析

A Survey Analysis of teachers' Instructional Technology Ability in Primary Schools of Hunan Rural Areas

针对湖南农村小学教师教育技术能力现状和养成对策这一课题,从教育技术意识、态度与社会责任,教育技术知识与技能,教育技术应用与创新能力,目前教育技术应用存在的问题和障碍等四个方面设计问卷调查表。在湖南省内4个市县30多所小学校进行了问卷调查,发放问卷150份,收回有效问卷123份,获得了大量有价值的数据。同时走访了部分小学校的相关人员,对调查结果作了进一步核实。经过对数据的统计分析,发现制约湖南农村小学教育信息化发展的主要原因是教师的教育观念陈旧、改革意识不强,尤其是优秀师资分布失衡严重。最后,针对这些问题提出了几个合理化建议。

In terms of the project on the status and cultivation strategies of teachers＇ instructional technology ability in primary schools of Hunan rural areas, a questionaire was designed which includes consciousness, attitude, social duty, knowledge and skill about instructional technology, as well as the ability in using and innovating instructional technology. 150 questionnaire forms were sent out and 123 forms were taken back. It is found out that it is the outdated idea of education and weakness of reform consiuousness of teachers as well as serious uneven distribution of excellent teachers which restrict the development of instruction informationization in Hunan rural areas.
