对中小学教师角色“转变”的探讨

当下,教师角色转变的特点主要表现为,一是传统主导性角色受到挑战,非主导性角色开始增强,新角色内容不断产生和丰富;二是传统的落后认识开始遭到摒弃,新的科学的角色概括开始出现,对教师的角色开始科学规正。

Nowadays,the main features of the changing role of teachers have the following manifestations.Firstly,the traditional dominant role of teachers is challenged,while non-dominant role began to increase.Besides,rich and new contents are constantly emerging.Secondly,the traditional backward knowledge is beginning to be abandoned.Thereafter,the new scientific way to summarize the role of teachers seems to emerge and gradually come into force.
