本文选择企业家履行企业社会责任为视角,从企业社会责任的内涵着手,剖析了企业家未能很好履行企业社会责任的主、客观原因,指出企业家履行企业社会责任应做到坚持以人为本、正确处理与企业外部的关系以及重视人与自然的和谐等多方面的工作,并提出了改进企业家履行企业社会责任的若干措施和建议。

For entrepreneurs to fulfill the corporate social responsibility,the author studies on the corporate social responsibility from the start of its content.Then the paper gives a very good analysis of the subjective and objective reasons,which the entrepreneurs are unable to carry out the corporate social responsibility.Furthermore,the author points out that the entrepreneurs should do a good job in adhering to the people-oriented social responsibility,and properly handle the relationship with external enterprises,and emphasize on harmony between man and nature.Finally the paper puts forward a number of suggestions and measures for entrepreneurs to improve their social responsibility.
