An Initial Research on International Youth Hostels＇ Regional Characteristics

近些年，国际青年旅舍在我国迅速发展，大江南北，遍地开花，各地青年旅舍的设计都与当地自然环境，建筑材料、建筑技术以及文化习俗相结合，地域文化表现得十分明晰。本文着重阐述了国际青年旅舍的理念，分析了地域文化的形成因素，以此来探讨国际青年旅舍的地域性表达。

Recent years, International Youth Hostels have been developed rapidly all over China. To combine with local environment, building materials, building technology and cultural conventions, Youth Hostels in different areas obviously show vivid regional culture. This thesis emphasizes on the ideas of International Youth Hostels, analyses the formative factors of regional culture, and hereby probes into International Youth Hostels＇ Regional Characteristics.
