摘要
本文从沈阳雪花啤酒厂的历史背景入手，在对其旧址进行实地调研的基础上分析了原满州麦酒株式会社的总体布局，并对其建筑的近代化特征进行剖析，最后提出了近代工业建筑遗产保护再利用的基本思路。
This article was obtained from the Shenyang snowbrewery＇s historical perspective. In the foundation of investigating and studying on the Shenyang snow-brewery＇s former site construction, I analyzed the entire distribution of the site and the construction＇s modernizing characteristic, finally proposed the basic mentality of architecture inheritance protection and reuse of industrial architecture in modern times.
