食管胃环的X线研究

Study on the X-rays diagnosis of esophagus-stomach loop

为提高食管胃环（B环）的检出率，对298例疑有食管裂孔迹者采用Sim氏改良法进行检查，诊断食管裂孔疝180例，具B环征者163例（90．6％）。对B环的各种X线表现、形成机理和诊断价值进行分析和讨论。采用Sim氏改良法造影显著提高了食管裂孔疝具有重要诊断价值的B环显示率。

To improve the detection rate of esophagus -stomach loop, 298 cases suspected hiatus hernia Werecxamincd using Sim's improved mehod 180 cases wereconfirmed the diagnosis of hiatus hernia and 163 cases hadfeatures of Bring(90. 6% ). The X - ray picture of Bring itsforming mechanism and diagnosis value were analvzed anddiscussed. The findings indicated that Sim's improvedroengenography method might inerease the rate of showing upBring. which would be valuable for diagnosis of hiatus hernia
