摘要 为研究犬脑室内出血后的超微病理变化,对18只杂种犬采用脑室内注血法并建立实验性脑室内出血动物模型,然后进行电镜观察。结果表明,神经细胞及胶质细胞线粒体肿胀,内质网肿胀及染色体边集为其主要病理表现。脑室内注入法是建立犬实验性脑室内出血模型的最简单、可靠的方法。 Eighteen hybrid dog models of experimental intraventricular hemorrhage were made through injecting blood into ventricles. The ultrastructural pathological changes and the clinical significance were studied. Its found that mitochondrion swelling, endoplasmic reticulum swelling and chromatin margination were main pathological manifestantons of intraventricular hemorrhage under electron microscopy. Dog models of experimental intraventricular hemorrhage made through injecting blood into ventricles was the simplest and the most reliable method.
