三棱总黄酮抗血小板聚集及抗血栓作用研究

Studies on Antiplatelet Aggregation and Antithrombosis Action of Total Flavonoids of Common Burreed (Sparganium stoloniferum)

采用血小板聚集功能测定法、小鼠体内血栓形成法对三棱总黄酮进行抗血小板聚集及抗血栓作用研究。结果表明：三棱总黄酮具较强的抗血小板聚集及抗血栓作用，提示三棱中总黄酮为其活血化瘀的有效活性部位。

Antiplatelet aggregation and antithrombotic action of total flavonoids of Sparganium stoloniferum Buch. - Ham. in mice were studied by pharmacological screening. The experimental results showed that total flavonoids of S. stoloniferum Buch. -Ham. can inhibit platelet aggregation, prevent thrombosis in rat, proving its effects in promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis as documented in ancient Chinese medical literatures.
