阿莫西林片的人体相对生物利用度研究

STUDY ON RELATIVE BIOAVAILABILITY OFDOMESTIC AMOXICILLIN TABLETS

以高效液相色谱法测定人血清中阿莫西林，以进口阿莫西林片为参比制剂，研究了国产阿莫西林片的相对生物利用度。结果表明，国产和进口片的药－时曲线均符合一级吸收的二房室模型，两药的药代动力学参数间均无显著性差异，国产片的相对生物利用度为９９．１％。

A HPLC method was used for determination of amoxicillin in human serum.The relative bioavailability of domestic amoxicillin tablets was studied in 8 healthy volunteers and was compared with an imported product.The results showed that there was no significant difference in pharmacokinetic parameters between them.The relative bioavailability of the domestic tablets was 99.1%.\=
