重组人白细胞介素-Ⅱ中氨苄青霉素残留量的HPLC测定

HPLC DETERMINATION OF RESIDUAL QUANTITY OF AMPICILLIN IN rhIL2

以水－乙腈－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸（９０９∶８０∶１０∶１）为流动相，采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定重组人白细胞介素－Ⅱ中的氨苄青霉素残留量。线性范围０．０９～０．９３μｇ／ｍｌ，最低检出限０．０９μｇ／ｍｌ。方法灵敏，重现性好，操作简便。

The HPLC method was used to detect the residual quantity of ampicillin in rhIL2. The mobile phase was wateracetonitrile 1 mol/L monobasic potassium phosphate 1 mol/L acetic acid(90980101), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, detected at 190 nm . The linear range was 0.09￣0.93 g/ml. The limit of detection was 0.09 g/ml.
