两亲性超支化共聚物的合成及表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Amphiphilic Hyperbranched Copolymer

摘要 采用乳液聚合方法制备了超支化聚(酰胺-酯)-苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯的两亲性共聚物。乳液聚合转化率的测定及用扫描电镜(SEM)对相应乳胶粒子的观察表明,超支化大分子参与下的乳液聚合过程也包括3个阶段,符合经典乳液聚合特点。超支化大分子的加入使乳液对电解质稳定性提高。另外,超支化大分子具有三维网状球形结构,作为硬段部分引入到直链型共聚物分子中,使链段的运动能力下降,导致共聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)上升。溶解性实验发现,此两亲共聚物可以很好地溶解在弱极性有机溶剂中,利用其两亲性可以将水溶性小分子染料甲基橙从水相转移到三氯甲烷溶液中。 Amphiphilic hyperbranched copolymer of poly(amide-ester)-styrene-(butyl acrylate) was prepared using emulsion polymerization.The measurement of reaction conversion and observation of acrylic latex by SEM showed that the emulsion polymerization containing hyperbranched macromolecule included three stages,which fitted well with the traditional emulsion polymerization.The introduction of hyperbranched polymer could improve the stability of the emulsion for electrolyte.The joining of three-dimensional spherical hyperbranched framework to linear macromolecule as rigid segment could elevate the glass transition temperature of amphiphilic copolymer.Solubility detection showed that amphiphilic copolymer could be easily dissolved in non-polar organic solvent,and it could transfer small molecular methyl orange from aqueous phase to poor solvent trichloromethane.
