摘要
采用硫酸铝为主要原料制备了高稳定性的聚合硫酸铝,并对其盐基度、铝的水解聚合形态分布、混凝性能及其影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,在室温条件下,聚合硫酸铝在对不同水样进行混凝处理后,水中余浊随盐基度的增加先降低后升高,其中盐基度为53.8%的聚合硫酸铝混凝效果最好,对流溪河水及高岭土水的除浊率均在90%以上。与硫酸铝及聚合氯化铝相比,聚合硫酸铝具有更宽广的温度和pH的适用范围及更快的水解絮凝速度。通过对聚合硫酸铝中铝的水解聚合形态分布和混凝性能的综合分析表明,Alb为混凝优势形态。
The high stability polyaluminium sulfate(PAS) was made by using aluminium sulfate as main starting material.The effect of the basicity of PAS on alulminium speciation in diluted solutions and coagulative properties as well as impact factors was investigated.The results showed that turbidity removal performance varied according to the change of basicity of PAS,the residual turbidity in treated water decreases and then increases with the increase of basicity of PAS at room temperature,the optimum basicity of PAS is 53.8%,at that point,the turbidity-removal rate was more than 90% in treating raw water from Liuxi River and Kaolin water.Compared with the coagulants polyaluminium chloride(PAC) and aluminum sulfate(AS),PAS exhibited broader range of temperature and initial pH because of faster rate of hydrolysis and flocculation.Moreover,a trade-off analysis of alulminium species and coagulation test showed that Alb is the advantage species in coagulation.
