摘要
以γ-丁内酯为原料,经过溴代酯化、环合、氢解,制备环丁胺-2-羧酸,总收率42.4%。改进合成工艺已在工厂实现kg级生产,替代了过去50年由天然产物提取的历史。
An improved method for synthesis of azetidine-2-carboxylic acid from γ-butyrolactone through bromination,esterification,cyclization and hydrogenation was reported.The overall yield could reach 42.4%.The azetidine-2-carboxylic acid was manufactured on kilograms scale using the reported methodology in stead of traditional extraction from natural plants in the past 50 years.
