摘要
采用液相化学还原法结合超临界CO2萃取干燥技术,制备了Fe-Ni纳米合金,并考察了不同条件下Fe-Ni纳米合金催化KBH4碱溶液水解析氢的效果。结果表明,Fe-Ni纳米合金对KBH4水解析氢具有优异的催化性能,析氢产率为100%,析氢速率随pH的增大而降低,当pH为8~9时析氢速率最高;较好的干燥条件是在10MPa和5℃干燥20min。
Fe-Ni nano-alloy had been prepared by chemical reduction method and supercritical CO2 drying technology.It has good catalysis performance for KBH4 hydrolysis.Hydrolysis effect of KBH4 alkali solution on different conditions had been investigated.Hydrogen yield of KBH4 hydrolysis amounts to 100%.Hydrolysis rate decreases as the increasing of pH value and it is highest when pH ranges from 8 to 9.The optimal drying condition is pressure 10MPa,temperature 35℃ and time 20min.
