摘要
通过某厂袋式除尘器为例,对其现有的控制系统进行改进,根据矩阵原理,实现了输出点数量由原来72个减少为17个,减少了PLC扩展模块的使用,降低了设备成本,提出了一种简洁有效的控制方法。
Take a factory′s bag filter control system as an example,according to the matrix theory,the existing control system is improved.The output reduce from 72-point to 17-point,which cut down the using of PLC module and equipment costs.A simple and effective control method is proposed.
