摘要 目的通过对丙烯腈作业工人及实验动物全血胆碱酯酶活性的测定,揭示丙烯腈对血液胆碱酯酶活性的影响,更全面认识丙烯腈的毒性。方法采集职业人群及实验动物的全血,分别测定其中胆碱酯酶活性,并比较分析。结果接触组工人全血胆碱酯酶活性明显低于对照组(P<0.01),且随丙烯腈浓度的升高,全血胆碱酯酶活性下降更明显。动物实验也有相似结果。结论对职业人群和实验动物,丙烯腈均具有降低全血胆碱酯酶活性的作用。 bjective To recognize the toxic effects of acrylonitrile by studying the activity of blood cholinesterase of workers and rats exposed to acrylonifrile. MethodsBZCollected the blood of exposed workers and rats,and assaied the activity of the blood cholinesterase.ZResults The activity of blood cholinesterase is much lower in exposed workers(P<0.01),and it has the doseresponse relationship. Conclusions Acrylonitrile reduces the activity of blood cholinesterase.
