Study on the Robotization of the 64 mm Anti-riot Grenade Launcher

研究了64 mm防暴弹发射器自动机工作方式。64 mm防暴弹发射时膛压低、初速小,自动发射器采用内能源自由枪机式自动机可能会导致无法完成自动动作,运用内弹道学能量守恒定律进行了验证计算。结果表明,64 mm防暴弹发射器采用内能源式自动机会导致工作可靠性降低,此结论为自动发射器自动机组件设计提供依据。

The work mode of the 64mm anti-riot grenade launcher＇s automatic mechanism is studied.Because the pressure of the launcher＇ bore is lower and the muzzle velocity is smaller,the automatic launcher that has a simple blowback automatic mechanism couldn＇t complete the antomatic action.The calculation and validation are made by law of conservation of energy in interior ballistics.The results indicate that the working reliability of the 64mm anti-riot grenade launcher that has a simple blowback automatic mechanism will be reduced.This result could provide the basis for the design of the automatic mechanism subassembly.
