摘要
目的用人造真丝胆管替代狗的缺损的胆总管。方法切除狗的胆总管一部分,用人造真丝胆管替代。结果实验狗生存12~24个月,在此期间生命体征无异常,实验室指标和胆管造影正常。解剖发现移植胆管通畅,胆总管上端无扩张。光镜下见真丝人造胆管与胆总管吻合处内壁有少量增生上皮细胞覆盖,未见淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润。结论真丝人造胆管置入动物缺损的胆道是可行的。
bjective A kind of artificail duct
made from real silk was used for feplacing choledochus of dogs.ZMethods The choledochus of
dogs was resected and the artificial duct made from real silk was used to replace choledochus
of the dogs.5HZResults Five dogs had survived from 12 months to 24 months.During the period
no abnomal physiological index,laboratory test and cholangiography appeared.Microscopical
anatomy displayed that the bile passed through the implanted silk duct freely and the superior
choledochus didnt expanded.There were much more proliferated epithelial cells on external
surface of silk duct than on inner surface.No inflammatory cells were seen under microscope.
Conclusions The silk duct may be an useful alternate material in replacing demaged
choledochus.
