运动负荷是运动训练必不可少的重要指标。没有一定的负荷也就不存在训练,没有恢复也就谈不上成绩的提高,有负荷而没有恢复的训练,那只是一种对人体机能的破坏。科学训练就是要遵循客观规律,合理地运用训练方法和手段。
Exercise load is an important and indispensable indicator of training,which means that training is built on a certain amount of load and performing improvement on recovery,and training with no recovery may lead to damage to human bodies.Scientific training is to follow objective laws with reasonable training methods and means.
