Synthesis of Silicalite-1 with Hierarchical Porosity

摘要 采用表面活性剂组装沸石晶种的方法,研究了不同浓度的非离子表面活性剂P123对组装的纳米Silicalite-1沸石晶粒的形貌和性质的影响.实验发现,在稀溶液体系中P123组装的沸石颗粒既在低角区呈现出介孔材料的特性,又在高角区表现出沸石的结构特征;TEM证实纳米粒子间存在无序的蠕虫状介孔孔道. Hierarchical Silicalite-1 aggregates were synthesized by the assembly of Silicalite-1 zeolite seeds under different concentrations of P123.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,IR spectroscopy,TEM and N2 adsorption to evaluate the physico-chemical properties of the mesoporous zeolite aggregates.The sample preserved a single well-defined peak in low-angle XRD patterns,at the same time,the diffraction peaks of Silicalite-1 appeared at wide-angle XRD patterns indicate the formation of MFI structure in the com-posite.The uniform worm-like pore distributed among the ZSM-5 zeolite aggregates was confirmed by TEM image.
