摘要
当前我国大学生村官队伍缺乏人才活力,大学生村官面临很多困境。如果能够借鉴人才活力的相关理论进行指导,构建适合大学生村官队伍的人才活力指标体系;同时地方政府加快制度机制建设,大学生村官提高自身能力建设,这样定能推动大学生村官政策的持续发展,也必将对我国的基层政权建设和新农村建设产生深远影响。
Currently,university student village official team lacks talent vigor,and university student village official faces many difficulties.If we can learn the theory of talent vigor with guidance for university student village official team building talent vigor index system,at the same time,local governments speed up the system mechanisms,and university student village official improve their own capacity-building,it will promote the sustainable development of the policy of university student village official,In addition,it will profound impact of building grassroots political power in our country and the new rural construction.
